About Us
Hi! I'm Kristen, the owner and farmer behind Fiorella Farms, located in Maple Ridge, BC.
I'm a second generation farmer in BC following many farming generations back in England. I grew up in Abbotsford where my parents operated an 18 acre vegetable farm, but true to traditional English farm roots, it was a mixed operation with horses, sheep, goats, poultry, and anything else I could hide in the barn!
My devotion for working on the land started young and never faded. I’m big on sustainable agriculture and improving farm practices to align with ecological values.
These principles are the foundation of Fiorella, my floral passion project. I now grow on family acreage in both Abbotsford and Maple Ridge, providing a unique avenue to connect with local agriculture, producing ethical florals, and offering a bit of beauty to my community.
